Chia Seed Pudding (No Cooking Needed – Just Mix & Refrigerate) Ingredients: 2 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk) ½ tsp vanilla extract Stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste) ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional) Berries or nuts for topping Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
